Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.00 standard rate. Express shipping is $15.00. Available options and costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will delivery take?

Our products ship directly from partner warehouses. Current processing and transit times are listed in our Shipping Policy, linked at the bottom of every page. Delivery dates are estimates, so for holiday gifts we recommend ordering early.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Items in the same order can ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive on different days. You're never charged extra shipping for a split shipment.

Products

Are batteries included?

No. Battery-powered decorations don't include batteries. Each product page lists its power details. For example, the Light-Up Gnome Doll uses 3 × AAA batteries, the Light-Up 8-Point Star Tree Topper uses 2 × AA batteries, and the LED Curtain Fairy Lights plug into a USB power adapter or power bank.

Can I choose a letter on the mini stockings?

Yes. The Knit Initial Mini Christmas Stocking comes with a pre-embroidered letter from A to Z, or a snowflake. Just pick your option before adding it to your bag. Custom names aren't available.

Do the pillow covers include an insert?

No. The Christmas Tree Knit Pillow Cover is the cover only. It fits an 18 × 18 in (45 × 45 cm) insert and closes with an invisible zipper.

Are the rattan wreaths decorated?

No. The Natural Rattan Wreath is an undecorated base. Some photos show decorating ideas, and our Holiday Journal has easy ways to style it.

How do I pick a tree skirt size?

Choose a skirt a little wider than the spread of your tree's lowest branches. Our tree skirts come in 30.7, 35.4 and 48 in diameters.
